No. Lora's work supports parents of children who have been diagnosed, are awaiting assessment, or who suspect ADHD. The strategies work for any child whose brain runs hot, whether that's ADHD, ODD, anxiety, autism, or unspecified emotional dysregulation.

Yes. All workshops have a virtual option. Recordings are sent after each session.

Lora's primary focus is parenting. However, many of the parents she works with have ADHD themselves, and she addresses the challenges of parenting an ADHD kid while you're also navigating your own ADHD.

Yes. I have completed trauma-informed training through Autism Nova Scotia, Indigenous Mental Health training, and Mental Health First Aid for Veterans and Military Families. My facilitation is rooted in anti-shame, lived-experience, and culturally humble practice - grounded further by my own Métis and Two-Spirit identity.

Workshops are educational, not clinical. They are not psychotherapy. Lora is an ADHD coach, educator, and Indigenous Support Worker with ADHD coach training from ADDCA - not a psychologist or licensed therapist.

 Each 90-minute workshop focuses on one ADHD-parenting topic, meltdowns, homework, summer transitions, bedtime, sibling conflict, or whatever the month's theme is. I teach what's actually happening in the ADHD brain in plain language, walk through real strategies you can try that week, and leave plenty of time for questions. You'll also get a take-home guide and the recording afterward, so you can revisit anything that lands. 

Monthly parent workshops are $35 and include the live session (in-person in Dartmouth or virtual on Zoom), a recording you can keep, and a take-home guide. One-on-one coaching is priced separately - https://calendly.com/theadhdmama/45min
